The rooms at La Maison Sur La Place in Penne-d'Agenais are simply stunning! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a dream. The beautifully designed rooms on the top two floors are a sight to behold. Each room has its own unique charm and character, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with double basins, nice hot showers, tubs, and separate WCs.

Personally, I found the public rooms on the ground floor to be a bit small. However, I understand that others might still find enjoyment in their coziness.

The area is perfect for exploring, with great hiking and bike rides available at La Ferme du Lacay and Château Lamartine. The scenery was breathtaking, and we loved getting out in nature together. Plus, the charming village atmosphere added to the overall experience. It was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy quality time together.

For dads, it would be great if there were a designated play area for children.

I travel for work 15 weeks a year and have never found a place as special and relaxed as Genevieve's Sur La Place. The bedroom suites are luxurious, with unique art and decor. Genevieve has thought of everything and makes you feel at home. The village is wonderful with great food and stunning views. We will definitely come back.
